I had just wrote out some Questions about the Taxonomy Category system of this website. Now I'm wondering how to set up the menu system of the website. both the Glossary and the Category system interact with the menu system on this website. I need to figure out how to set these up to work together with the menus, and also what categories to use as part of the menus. I still have a lot to learn about these, so it will take me a while to set all of this up.
